Change the firmware to LYNX

Due to the bankruptcy, many siliXcon controllers are now available for purchase on the internet. These controllers are with firmware developed for the Cake. SiliXcon offers a firmware change service to the LYNX firmware. This will allow you to use the controller and configure it to your needs.

warning
  • The firmware change is a paid service. Contact siliXcon support for more information.
  • siliXcon will not provide service to change the firmware back to the Cake firmware.
  • Parametrization and tuning of the controller to your bike are not included in the firmware change service.
  • Standard LYNX firmware will not work with the dashboard and display v2
  • For the display v1 siliXcon offers a service to change the firmware to LYNX-front
    • This mean, that you can use the display with the LYNX firmware

Firmware change procedure​

  • Contact siliXcon support and provide information about the number of controllers you want to change.
  • siliXcon will provide you with a price for the service
  • Upon payment, a remote session will be scheduled
