Got a problem with the FW upgrade?

If you get this error message during the firmware upgrade:

"BL: secured load, cid 5C01, length 0 bytes, done"

Then:

• Read the controller serial number.
• Try the firmware upgrade again and do a print screen of the error message.
• Contact siliXcon support and send the serial number and the print screen of the error message
• After the siliXcon acknowledges the serial number, you can proceed with the following steps:
  • Run windows command srm -grbkiu,
  • Proceed with normal firmware upgrade.
