What is the default CAN speed?

The default CAN speed is 1 Mbit/s.

This is the speed at which the siliXcon devices are shipped from the factory (If not specified otherwise).

• If you have a problem with the CAN communication, also check if the CAN bus is terminated with 120 Ohm resistors on both ends.
• Not all devices send data on the CAN bus by default. Most of the API is a request-response type, so the device will not send any data until it is asked for it.
