Troubleshooting

There are plenty of ways on how to diagnose the device and find a solution to your problem. If you are playing with our controller, let's check its state first.

Didn't help? Sending us a diagnostic report might be a good idea then. The report is a file that contains:

• The actual configuration (e.g. motor identification results, etc.),
• all state variables (e.g. actual voltage, current, etc.),
• log and pmlog records,
• internal script record.

Rule of thumb

• Please always generate a diagnostic report before requesting for an assistance.
• If you do not see the feature in the emGUI, please install the latest SWTools.
• Another helpful information is to provide output from the terminal, either as a text, or as a screenshot.

The report generation will not automatically pull new values from the device. If you are interested to diagnose the particular event, click on Pull values at the right time and generate the report afterward.
