How to generate diagnostic report

The diagnostic report contain:

• Actual configuration
• All state variables (like actual voltage of battery, actual current, etc.)
• log and pmlog
• Internal script

Rule of thumb

• Always generate a diagnostic report before asking for help.
• If you do not see this feature in the emGUI, download latest SWTools

warning

The report will not automatically pull new values. If you want to have values from an event, during the event click on Pull values. After that, you can generate the report.

The report can be used as device configuration and you can upload it to the device.
