FALCON Firmware Mods

Due to the reduced code footprint in the FALCON application, more driver features can be integrated directly into the firmware (unlike LYNX and OPHION). As a result, additional mods are unnecessary, and all functionality is included in the generic mod.

Supported Motor Sensor Types​

The driver firmware supports the following motor sensor types:

  • Sensorless
  • Hall sensor
  • SinCos sensor

BLDC or VECTOR?​

  • If you have RC small motor without motor sensors, choose BLDC.
  • If you have a motor with motor sensors, choose VECTOR.
