Individual maps settings

This is description of settings for individual maps.

Parameters location: /maps/mapX where X is map number.

The LYNX overide the ppos, rpos, rneg parametersin the /driver/limiter with the values from the map settings. Changing directly the ppos, rpos, rneg parameters have no effect.

If kph is higher than kphlimit, the kphlimit is used instead.
If pwr is higher than pwrlimit, the pwrlimit is used instead.
