Battery Reserve System

Functions like a fuel reserve, automatically switching to a lower-power map when battery levels are low.

reservelevel	Activation threshold: - Positive: Battery voltage threshold - Negative: Battery SOC threshold
reservemap	Target map number - Set to -1 for display notification only

Features:

• Any map can be designated as reserve map, including normally inaccessible ones
• Manual override via map switch allowed
• Reserve status transmitted via CAN message 0x618
