What you can do with Bluetooth​

Bluetooth feature is in beta state and the development is not finished yet.

Unlock the vehicle​

You can use your cell phone as a vehicle key. The vehicle will unlock automatically when you turn it on and your cell phone is within range.

How to setup Bluetooth device as the vehicle key​

  • Configure the LOCK function of your LYNX controller
    • Enable auto lock on power on
  • Set your PIN to be 4 digits long in the display settings
  • While seeing the pin prompt screen, hold BTN1 and BTN2 simultaneously to enter the key pairing mode. You will be prompted to enter the current PIN. You may enter the pairing mode also from the main menu / 'security' screen.
  • You will be then prompted to pair your handheld device with Bluetooth within 60 seconds. The display will appear as "[siliXcon] VDS-felix". Once paired, the display will show "BT KEY PAIRED" message.
  • Your handheld device will now serve as the vehicle's remote key. As soon as the lock prompt screen is shown and your handheld device is within range, the vehicle will unlock automatically after turned on.

Use SWTools​

If you pair your PC with the display, you can use the SWTools to configure the controller or the display.
