SWTools 4.0.0-rc3, the current testing release, turns emGUI into a bridge for your AI assistant. Connect Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Cursor, GitHub Copilot in VS Code or Gemini to emGUI, and the assistant works with the device on your desk: it reads its parameters and states, explains what it finds with links to this documentation, and takes you through the setup step by step. We recommend it to everyone who sets up or tunes a siliXcon controller.
The public documentation now has an MCP endpoint, so you can plug it straight into Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or any other AI assistant. The assistant then searches these pages instead of guessing, and answers with links you can open and verify.
Searching the documentation just got a lot more accurate. When you search for a parameter, state variable, or shell command, the first result now takes you straight to the page where it is actually explained — not to a random page that merely mentions the word.
